Dynamic Waters is a Black woman owned landscape design and construction company serving the greater Seattle area. We specialize in practical, beautiful landscape solutions that help properties manage water more effectively, from cisterns and rain gardens to porous pavement, drainage upgrades, and outdoor plumbing improvements.

Our work blends ecological function with thoughtful design. Whether installing stormwater systems, upgrading irrigation, or maintaining established landscapes, we approach each project with a focus on long term performance, site specific strategy, and environmental responsibility.

We are especially experienced in integrating native and edible plants, pollinator habitat, permaculture principles, and multi layered planting design into stormwater projects, creating landscapes that support both watershed health and everyday use.
