How to Get RainWise Webinar & Contractor Meet Up

This webinar is for homeowners in RainWise-eligible basins throughout Seattle who are interested in learning more about the RainWise program and rebates. At this webinar, you will learn about the stormwater problem, the solutions we’re using to solve it, and how you can help and get a rebate of up to 100% of the cost of cisterns and/or rain gardens. After a short presentation, you will meet with different RainWise contractors and have the chance to ask questions specific to your homes.
Treat this time as your initial consultations with contractors as you figure out who you may want to work with on your RainWise project.

We’ll be there on Saturday, April 26th from 2 - 4 p.m. at the Garfield Community Center, 2323 E Cherry St, Seattle, WA 98122-4829!
Kick off Earth Day festivities by connecting community with nature at this event highlighting the importance of pollinators. You’ll see the annual release of ladybugs in the Garfield Community Center Garden and can participate in fun, educational, and hands-on activities.

This in-person workshop is for homeowners in RainWise-eligible basins throughout Seattle who are interested in learning more about the RainWise program and rebates. At this workshop, you will learn about the stormwater problem, the solutions we’re using to solve it, and how you can help and get a rebate of up to 100% of the cost of cisterns and/or rain gardens. After a short presentation, you will get a chance to chat with RainWise staff and contractors, if they are available.
The workshop is located at the Our Lady of Guadalupe School, in the Walmesley Gym.

Walking Tour of RainWise Installations in Green Lake

The RainWise team will be doing a walking tour to showcase some RainWise installations in the Green Lake neighborhood. The route is around 1.5 miles with some gentle inclines. The tour will start and finish in the same place (outside Ole Café, 5421 Meridian Ave N, Seattle WA 98103), and take around 60 - 90 min - so you can take the opportunity to check out the neighborhood restaurants should you wish.
