GSI in Urban Villages

"The Green Infrastructure in Urban Villages Program is part of SPU’s 2018-2023 Strategic Business Plan. The $35M capital program will deliver multi-benefit green infrastructure in dense, mixed-use neighborhoods. Projects through this program will reduce flooding, improve water quality, and provide new public green spaces. A testing ground for new GSI approaches, the Urban Villages Program allows flexibility for a wide variety of projects and partnerships. Early projects are moving forward in South Park, Lake City, and Crown Hill."
